透水沥青面层施工压实度变异分析

摘要 沥青面层验收时,不同部位的压实沥青混合料往往会不同程度地出现压实度不均匀现象,特别是透水沥青面层,各因素影响下的透水面层压实度变异更为显著。通过对试验路不同部位的混合料矿料级配、压实温度、压实机械及压实方式等进行对比分析,得出压实度变异的因果关系。级配变异对透水沥青面层施工压实度的影响最大,其次是压实温度和压实功。通过对影响压实度变异的各因素进行分析,为后续透水沥青面层施工及验收提供经验参考。 The unevenness of compaction often appears in different parts of asphalt mixture during the acceptance of asphalt surface.By the influence of various factors,the variation of compaction is more significant,especially in the permeable asphalt surface layer.By the comparing of grading,compaction temperature,compaction machinery and compaction mode of different parts of the test layer,the causal relationship of compaction variation is obtained.Gradation variation has the greatest influence on the compaction of permeable asphalt surface,then are the compaction temperature and the compaction power.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the variation of compaction,the paper provides a reference for the subsequent construction and acceptance of permeable asphalt surface layer.
