摘要
通过对福建省在役公路桥梁板式橡胶支座病害的调查总结,提出将支座病害分类归为非荷载病害、横向荷载异常病害、竖向荷载异常病害。同时结合实际工程分析发现,非荷载病害主要原因是由于支座本身质量或周边环境因素造成;横向荷载异常主要是由车辆制动力、温度应力作用下产生的位移及变形无法有效释放造成;竖向荷载异常主要是由于支座安装空间净高、上下钢板或垫石的水平度超过设计及规范要求等造成。
Based on the investigation and summary of slab rubber bearing of existing highway bridges in Fujian Province,the paper puts forward that the bearing diseases can be classified into non-load diseases,lateral load abnormal diseases and vertical load abnormal diseases.At the same time,combined with the actual engineering analysis,it is found that the main cause of non-load diseases are due to the quality of the bearing itself or the surrounding environmental factors.The lateral load abnormal diseases are mainly caused by the ineffective release of displacement and deformation caused by the braking force and temperature stress of the vehicle.The vertical load abnormal diseases are mainly caused by the clear height of the support installation space,and the levelness of the upper and lower steel plates or cushion stones exceeding the design and specification requirements.
