摘要
目的现有药品供应链流通环节较为冗长,各成员间信息不能及时共享,资金回笼压力较大。区块链技术将有助于优化药品供应链存在的问题。方法从SCOR模型的五个基本流程角度出发,即从药品的计划、采购、生产、配送、退货五个基本方面,分析了药品供应链各个评价指标的重要性及影响因素,从而构建了药品供应链的评价模型。结果G1法确定各评价指标权重,运用综合模糊评价法得出各指标评价分数。结论根据评价分数提出对策建议,并通过引入区块链技术,用以解决信息共享及资金流等问题。
Objective(s) The current drug supply chain has a long circulation link,the information among members can not be shared in time,and the pressure of fund collection is great.Blockchain technology will help to optimize the problems in the drug supply chain.Methods(s) From the perspective of five basic processes of SCOR model,that is,from the five basic aspects of drug planning,purchase,production,distribution and return,this paper analyzes the importance and influencing factors of each evaluation index of drug supply chain,and then constructs the evaluation model of drug supply chain.Results(s) G1 method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is used to get the evaluation scores of each index.Conclusion(s) According to the evaluation score,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,and through the introduction of blockchain technology,to solve the problems of information sharing and capital flow.
