摘要
为了考察连花柴芩可溶性粉对靶动物鸡的安全性,试验将15日龄AA白羽肉鸡150只随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组及连花柴芩可溶性粉1,3,5,10倍剂量组,各剂量组分别在每升水中添加2,6,10,20 g的连花柴芩可溶性粉,饮水给药,连用5 d,给药结束后观察14 d,从精神状态、体重、血常规、血液生化指标、脏器指数、组织病理学几个方面考察试验药物对靶动物鸡的安全性。结果表明:连花柴芩可溶性粉以鸡临床推荐剂量的1,3,5,10倍剂量饮水给药,连用5 d,试验鸡精神状态良好、饮食欲正常;血常规和血液生化指标均在正常值范围内变动;试验鸡心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏未见肉眼及组织学病理变化。说明连花柴芩可溶性粉无明显的毒副作用,以推荐剂量(每升水中添加2 g)连用5 d,在临床上用于鸡是安全的。
In order to investigate the safety of Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder to target animal chicken, 150 15-day-old AA white feather broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely the blank control group and Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder 1,3,5 and 10-fold dose group, and those groups were added with 2,6,10,20 g of Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder per liter of water respectively, which were administered with drinking water for 5 days. After the end of administration, a 14-day observation period was carried out. The safety of the test drugs on target animal chicken was investigated from the aspects including the mental state, weight, blood routine, blood biochemical index, organ index, histopathology. The results showed that Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder was administered with drinking water at 1,3,5,and 10 times the clinically recommended dose of chickens for 5 days. The test chickens were in good mental state and normal diet;blood routine and blood biochemical indexes were all in changes within the normal range;the test chicken heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys did not show macroscopic and histopathological changes. The results suggested that Lianhua Chaiqin soluble powder had no obvious toxic and side effects. It is safe to be used clinically in chicken at the recommended dose(add 2 g per liter of water) for 5 days.
