摘要
综述了甘蔗渣活性炭的制备过程,阐述了炭化温度对甘蔗渣炭化过程中的官能团、碳含量以及性能的影响。对目前制备甘蔗渣活性炭较为主流的药剂化学活化法、气体活化法和微波活化法进行了说明。将其改性方法归类成增大比表面积、引入功能性官能团和负载金属并进行详细说明。之后综述了甘蔗渣活性炭在金属离子和CO2以及其他常见有机物的去除中的应用。
The preparation process of bagasse-based activated carbon is reviewed,and the effect of carbonization temperature on the changes of functional groups,carbon content and performance during the carbonization of bagasse is expounded.The chemical activation method,gas activation method and microwave activation method,which represent current mainstream methods for preparing bagasse-based activated carbon,are described.Modification methods for bagasse-based activated carbon are classified as increasing specific surface area,inserting functional groups and supporting metal,and are described in detail.The applications of bagasse-based activated carbon in the removal of metal ions,CO2 and other common organic matters are reviewed.
