两株动物粪便来源真菌次级代谢产物的研究

Study on the secondary metabolites of two strains of fungi from animal feces

摘要 目的研究两株分别来源于斑马和大熊猫粪便真菌的次级代谢产物。方法采用多种色谱分离技术和波谱学分析方法鉴定了两株真菌次级代谢产物的结构。结果与结论共计分离并鉴定出10个化合物,其中从斑马粪便的Aspergillus sp.BM6的发酵液中鉴定出6个化合物,分别为clavatol(1)、间羟基苯甲醇(2)、2-甲基对苯二酚(3)、(Z)-N-(4-羟基苯乙烯基)甲酰胺(4)、theobroxide(5)、棒曲霉素(patulin,6);从大熊猫粪便的Penicillium sp.XM3的发酵液中鉴定出4个化合物,分别为1,3-二羟基-2,4,5-三甲基苯(7)、桔青霉素(citrinin,8)、dicitrinin A(9)、penicitrinol A(10)。这些化合物均为首次从斑马或熊猫粪便来源的微生物菌株代谢物中分离得到。活性测试结果表明,化合物6具有较为广谱的抗菌活性,其抗金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和香蕉枯萎病菌的最低抑制浓度分别为16、8和16μg·mL-1。 This paper reported the chemical investigation of secondary metabolites from two fungal strains residing in the feces of zebra and panda,from which a total of 10 compounds were purified and identified by combining various chromatographic separation techniques and spectroscopic analysis methods.Among them,six compounds were isolated from the strain of Aspergillus sp.BM6 residing in the feces of zebra,and their structures were identified as clavatol(1),3-hydroxybenzoic alcohol(2),o-methylhydroquinone(3),(Z)-N-(4-hydroxy styryl) formamide(4),theobroxide(5) and patulin(6),respectively.While another four compounds were isolated from the strain of Penicillium sp.XM3 residing in the feces of panda,which were identified as 1,3-dihydroxy-2,4,5-trimethylbenzene(7),citrinin(8),dicitrinin A(9) and penicitrinol A(10),respectively.These compounds were reported from the fecal microbes of zebra or panda feces for the first time.In addition,compound 6 was found to inhibit the growth of S.aureus,E.coli and F.oxyaporum with MIC values of 16,8 and 16 μg·mL-1,respectively.
