基于相向切片的点云对象体积计算法

摘要 切片法虽是点云对象体积计算的有效方法,但在计算过程中存在系统性和偶然性误差,客观上制约了切片法点云对象体积计算的适应性和工程化。提出的改进后相向切片法在传统的切片法基础上进行了两部分优化,首先是在计算点云切片体积时,将切割方向的最后一个切片即“点云体零头”部分予以额外计算,从而削弱了系统误差;其次是针对同一点云对象,从正反2个方向分别进行切片,再将二者结果的均值作为最终点云对象的体积,从而对方向性偶然误差进行削弱,这样既充分发挥了切片法的优势,又削弱了切片法的系统性和方向性影响,还通过算法优化保持了切片法的高效率。实验结果表明,对于形态不规则的点云对象,相向切片法的体积计算结果相较于切片法更加可靠,误差较小。由此可见相向切片法既是切片法的内在完善和构型升级,也是稳健的、工程化的切片法。 Although the Slicing Method(SM)is an effective method for calculating the point cloud object volume,there are systematic and accidental errors in the calculation process and it has objectively constrained the adaptability and engineering of the calculation of point cloud object volume.The improved opposite-direction slicing method is optimized in two parts on the basis of the traditional slicing method.The first is that when calculating the volume of the point cloud slice,the last slice in the cutting direction,that is,the point cloud body fraction part,is additionally calculated,thereby reducing the systematic error.The second is to slice the same point cloud object from the front and back directions,and then use the average of the two results as the final volume of the point cloud object,thereby weakening the accidental directional error.This not only gives full play to the advantages of the slicing method,but also weakens the systematic and directional influence of the slicing method,and also maintains the high efficiency of the slicing method through algorithm optimization.The experimental results show that for point cloud objects with irregular shapes,the volume calculation result of the opposite-direction slicing method is more reliable than the slicing method,and the error is smaller.It can be seen that the opposite-direction slicing method is not only the internal perfection and configuration upgrade of the slicing method,but also a robust and engineering slicing method.
