师范大学与综合大学纷争下的教师教育 被引量:10

摘要 师范大学综合化与综合大学办师范的历次纷争共同构成了我国教师教育体系的发展进程。在教师教育体系由封闭逐步转向开放的过程中,师范大学与综合大学出现了不同程度的纷争,从而影响我国教师教育改革的步伐。但二者之间的纷争不是不可调和的,通过均衡教师教育资源配置可以不断缓解二者因利益冲突带来的消极影响,着力推进师范大学"回归"师范性和综合大学"重启"教师教育,在不断提升其自身实力的基础上增强服务新时代教师队伍建设改革的能力,进而推进我国教师教育体系的完善。 The various disputes between making normal universities more comprehensive and the running of normal education in comprehensive universities constitute the development process of our country’s teacher education system.In the process of gradually turning a closed teacher education into an open one,different degrees of disputes have emerged between normal universities and comprehensive universities,which affect the pace of teacher education reform in China.But the entanglement between them is not irreconcilable.By balancing the allocation of teachers’educational resources,the negative impact of the conflict of interests can be continuously alleviated.By stepping up efforts to promote the"return"of normal education in normal universities and the"restart"of teacher education in comprehensive universities,we can enhance their ability to serve the construction and reform of teachers’team in the new era on the basis of continuously improving their own strength,and then promote the improvement of China’s teacher education system.
