信息与信任:特殊群体毕业生的就业帮扶新路径

Information and Trust:A New Way of Employment Assistance for Special Group Graduates

社会学的社会资本理论认为"找工作"的主要因素是社会网络中的信息和信任问题,通过分析特殊群体中的信任与信息可以看出残疾大学生就业难的问题症结。文章提出一种新的思考方向和研究框架,即在理论意义上讨论中国文化情境下的社会网络是信任先于信息抑或是相反。唯有如此,结合特殊群体毕业生的就业样态和群体特点,研究者才能意识到信任和信息及其相互关系如何有助于提升特殊群体毕业生的就业质量,从而拓展对大学生就业领域的研究。

This paper focuses on the employment difficulties of disabled college students among graduates of special groups.According to the social capital theory of sociology,the main factor in"finding a job"is the information and trust in the social network.By analyzing the trust and information in special groups,we can find out the crux of the employment problem of disabled college students.This paper proposes a new thinking direction and research framework to theoretically discuss social networks in Chinese cultural context,whether trust precedes information or vice versa.Only in this way,combined with the employment patterns and group characteristics of graduates of special groups,can researchers realize how trust,information and their mutual relations contribute to improving the employment quality of graduates of special groups,so as to expand the research on the employment field of college students.
