摘要
目的探究64排螺旋CT腕关节骨折低剂量扫描条件的优化方案。方法纳入69例腕关节骨折的患者为研究对象,15例为常规剂量对照A组(120kv 99-300mAs);18例为低剂量B组(120kv 30-50mAs)、19例为低剂量C组(100kv 30-50mAs)、17例为低剂量D组(80kv 30-50mAs)实验组。分别观察各组图像腕关节解剖结构骨小梁结构显示清晰度清晰度、图像噪声、辐射剂量的差别进行分析。结果4组扫描条件所获得图像评分上差异AB、AC对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AD 2组对比,图像评分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AB,AC,AD组对比CTDIvol,DLP,4组数据差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨锐利算法4组两两对比AB,AC,AD,软组织平滑算法4组对比AD 2组差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);软组织算法AB对比、AC对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低剂量C组扫描条件在诊断腕关节骨折在减少患者受辐射剂量的同时,仍保持较高准确性,具有临床应用意义。
Objective To study optimization scheme of 64-slice SCT’s low dosage scanning in wrist joints. Methods Chose 69 patients with wrist fracture as study objects. 15 cases were conventional dose control A group(120 kv 99-300 mAs);18 cases were low dose B group(120 kv 30-50 mAs),19 cases were low dose C group(100 kv 30-50 mAs),17 cases were low dose D experimental group(80 kv 30-50 mAs). Observed and contrasted the MSCT’s scanning results of two groups in fractures detection,image noise, radiation dose,etc. Results It had difference in picture score of scanning condition in 4 groups,there was no statistical significance in contrast difference of AB and AC(P>0.05). Compared A and D groups,there was statistical significance in picture score(P<0.05). The data had obvious difference in AB, AC and AD which compared with CTDIvol and DLP, there was statistical significance(P <0.05).Pairwise sequence alignment of AB,AC and AD in 4 groups by bone sharpening algorithm,it had obvious difference of AD 2 groups in 4 groups by soft tissue smoothing algorithm, there was statistical significance(P <0.05). It had no obvious difference in AB and AC comparison by soft tissue smoothing algorithm,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusions Low dose C group still keep higher accuracy while reducing patients’ raying dose in wrist joints fracture diagnose,so it has clinical application significance.
