大学的创业活动需要以高水平的教学和研究为基础。目前,创业型大学的功能探讨多聚焦于大学创业,建构新的创业型大学功能模型成为引导创业实践的关键所在。大学功能变革为创业型大学的理论发展提供了全新的视角,创业型大学的产生是大学三大功能共同演进的结果,具体体现在大学服务功能的拓展、教育和研究功能的变革、大学功能关联性的日益增强。创业型大学的三维功能模型突破将大学直接与单一创业功能关联的理论局限,从教育—研究—创业内在关系的视角出发,以3种功能的融合机制作为模型建构的基础。在三维功能模型中,创业型大学的核心功能包括创业教育、应用研究与创业活动3个维度。三维功能模型的创业型大学组织建设,重点在于增强新型创业机构的创业活力,促进学科组织的有机发展,加强创业机构与学科组织的联动协调。

Entrepreneurial activities in universities need to be based on high levels of teaching and research.However,the relevant theories of entrepreneurial university only focus on the entrepreneurial function of university,so the construction of new theoretical model of entrepreneurial university becomes the key to guide entrepreneurial practice.The functional innovation of university provides a new perspective for the theoretical development of entrepreneurial university.The emergence of entrepreneurial university is the result of evolution of three functions:the expansion of university service function,the reform of education and research and the increasing correlation of the functions.The three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial university goes beyond the theoretical limitation that directly link universities with entrepreneurial function.From the perspective of the inherent relationship between education,research and entrepreneurship,the model is based on the integration mechanism of three functions.In the three-dimensional model,entrepreneurial university includes entrepreneurial education,applied research and entrepreneurial activities.The organizational construction of entrepreneurial university based on the three-dimensional model focuses on enhancing the entrepreneurial vitality of new entrepreneurial institutions,promoting the organic development of disciplinary units,and strengthening the coordination and linkage between disciplinary units and entrepreneurial institutions.
