《伤寒论》脉法研究现状分析

Analysis on the research status of pulse diagnosis method in Shanghanlun

《黄帝内经》有"能和色脉,可以万全""微妙在脉,不得不察",说明脉诊在古典中医诊断中的重要地位。成书于东汉时期的《伤寒论》对于脉诊尤为重视,形成了独特的脉法体系,也是学术界一直以来的研究重点。本文系统梳理分析近三十年有关《伤寒论》脉法研究的文献,并对其分类研究发现目前学术界主要对仲景脉法的源流考证争议比较大,对脉法的内涵,尤其是阴阳的定义以及平脉、变脉的诠释说法不一,对《伤寒论》中单脉和兼脉的解读也存在不同观点。此外,对脉与病机之间的关系也有不同的解读,甚至还有结合现代技术对仲景脉法进行分析研究,期望更好地还原仲景脉法的科学内涵。本文结合中医经典理论,详细分析《伤寒论》脉法研究现状,从而论证仲景脉法真实内涵,以求更好地指导张仲景脉法体系的研究和临床运用。

The Huangdi Neijing contains the following lines‘all diseases can be cured by harmonizing the color and pulse’and‘the subtle changes in pulse manifestation have to be observed’,indicating the importance of pulse diagnosis in classical Chinese medicine.Shanghanlun written in the Eastern Han Dynasty,paid special attention to pulse diagnosis and formed a unique pulse method system,which has been the focus of academic research.In this paper,the documents on pulse diagnosis method of Shanghanlun in nerarly 30 years,were systematically analyzed.And the classification study found that the current academic research on the source and flow of ZHANG Zhongjing’s pulse diagnosis method,is more controversial.There are different opinions on the connotation of pulse diagnosis method,especially the definition of yin and yang,as well as the interpretation of normal pulse and abnormal pulse.There are also different views on the interpretation of single pulse and concurrent pulse in Shanghanlun.In addition,there are also different interpretations of the relationship between pulse and pathogenesis,and even the analysis and research of ZHANG Zhongjing’s pulse diagnosis method by combining with modern technology,hoping to better restore the scientific connotation of ZHANG Zhongjing’s pulse diagnosis method.In this paper,the research status of the pulse diagnosis method in Shanghanlun was detailed analyzed by combining with the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to demonstrate the true connotation of ZHANG Zhongjing’s pulse diagnosis method,in order to better guide the research and clinical application of ZHANG Zhongjing’s pulse diagnosis method system.
