血清VEGF、apelin、HO-1水平与不同分型糖尿病视网膜病变患者的相关性研究 被引量:8

Relationship of serum VEGF,apelin and HO-1 levels with different types of diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、脂肪细胞因子apelin、血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)水平与不同分型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者的相关性。方法选择2017年2月至2020年2月该院收治的91例DR患者为研究对象,根据其分型分为背景型DR组(n=49)与增殖型DR组(n=42),选择同期该院的体检健康者50例为对照组,比较3组血清VEGF、apelin、HO-1水平,采用Spearman相关分析血清VEGF、apelin、HO-1水平与DR分型的相关性,采用Logistic回归分析增殖型DR的影响因素。结果增殖型DR组和背景型DR组血清VEGF、apelin水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);增殖型DR组血清VEGF、apelin水平显著高于背景型DR组(P<0.05);增殖型DR组和背景型DR组血清HO-1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);增殖型DR组血清HO-1水平显著低于背景型DR组(P<0.05);血清VEGF、apelin、HO-1水平与DR分型具有显著相关性(P<0.05);血清VEGF和apelin高水平、血清HO-1低水平是增殖型DR的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血清VEGF和apelin高水平、血清HO-1低水平是增殖型DR的危险因素,血清VEGF、apelin、HO-1水平检测有助于预测DR分型。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),adipocytokine apelin,heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)with different types of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 91 DR patients including 49 cases with background DR(background group),42 cases of proliferative DR(proliferative group),and 50 healthy individuals(control group)in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were enrolled.Serum VEGF,apelin and HO-1 levels were compared among three groups.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum VEGF,apelin,HO-1 levels and DR typing,and Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of proliferative DR.Results Serum VEGF and apelin levels in proliferative DR group and background DR group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Serum VEGF and apelin levels in proliferative DR group were significantly higher than that of background DR group(P<0.05).Serum HO-1 levels in proliferative DR group and background DR group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Serum HO-1 level in proliferative DR group was significantly lower than that of background DR group(P<0.05).Serum VEGF,apelin and HO-1 levels were correlated with DR typing(P<0.05).Higher levels of serum VEGF and apelin and lower level of HO-1 were risk factors for proliferative DR(P<0.05).Conclusion Higher levels of serum VEGF and apelin and lower level of serum HO-1 are risk factors for proliferative DR.Detection of serum VEGF,apelin and HO-1 levels can be used to predict the classification of DR.
