在智慧广电和媒体融合的发展背景下,传统广播电视发射台面临着业务转型。转型给广播电视一线技术人员带来了业务能力方面的新要求,需要一线员工通过培训提升业务能力。基于此,介绍广播电视技术人员激励性融合培训系统建设的设计思路和实现方式,从而为使用新媒体技术提高技术人员的培训积极性提供参考。

Under the background of the integration of intelligent radio,television and media,the traditional radio and television transmitting station is facing the business transformation.The transformation has brought new requirements to the front-line technical personnel in the field of radio and television,which requires the front-line personnel to enhance their business ability through training.Based on this,this paper introduces the design and implementation of the incentive integration training system for radio and television technicians,which provides reference for the use of new media technology to improve the enthusiasm of technicians in training.
