摘要 水溶性降粘剂作为海上稠油油田开发常用的化学降粘方法,其传统注入工艺设计有一定局限性,而近年来单平台稠油井数量增多,空间占用过大和药剂消耗过高的问题逐渐显现,如何取得两者间的平衡是亟需解决的问题。文章结合某海上平台水溶性降粘剂的方案设计,在传统工艺基础上,提出分组设计的新思路和新方法,计算分析表明,分组设计减少21.5%的纯药剂消耗以及29%的掺水需求,为水溶性降粘剂工艺设计和参数优化提供新的方向和参考依据。 Water-soluble viscosity reducer is the chemical viscosity reduction method and commonly used in offshore heavy oil field development.However,the limitations of its traditional injection technology in platform space usage and agent consumption is further revealed.With the deepening of development in recent years,the number of heavy oil wells on single offshore platform has increased and the design specifications of viscosity reduction are also diversified due to the difference of wellhead water content.How to achieve the balance of the two aspects and save development cost is an urgent problem to be studied and solved.In this article,according to the process design of water-soluble viscosity reducer on the platform of an offshore oilfield,a new direction and method of grouping design optimization based on the traditional process is proposed,and compared with the traditional design method.The calculation results showed that the group design method can reduce 21.5%pure agent consumption and 29%water blending flowrate,which not only optimized the design capacity of storage and injection equipment,but also improved the economy.The research provided a new direction and reference for the process design and parameter optimization of water-soluble viscosity reducer.
