摘要
文章简要概述了深水采油树关停后生产再启动时对应的热启动和冷启动分析,生产关停后,深水气田采油树、跨接管等设备由于没有保温会很快降低至环境温度,采油树井筒周围为地层岩石,在周围环境温度作用下散热较慢,需经历几个月甚至更长时间才能冷却至环境温度。分析采油树热启动、冷启动时间,核算油嘴下游各参数变化,保证顺利平稳开井。
This article briefly introduced the analysis of hot restart-up and cold restart-up of deep-water Christmas tree after shutdown.After production shutdown,due to the lack of heat insulation,the equipment such as Christmas tree and jumper in deep-water gas field will be reduced to the ambient temperature quickly due to the lack of heat insulation.The formation rock around the Christmas tree wellbore caused slow heat dissipation under the effect of ambient temperature,and it taked several months or even longer to cool down to Ambient temperature.The hot restart-up time and cold restart-up time of Christmas tree are analyzed,and the parameter changes in the downstream of the choke are calculated to ensure the stable production.
