摘要 随着城市轨道交通建设的快速发展,隧道建设不可避免出现下穿江河、湖泊及海洋等特殊区域,给越江盾构施工监测带来挑战。无人测量船依托多设备集成,将智能控制、无线通信、卫星定位导航、惯性导航以及声呐测深等技术融合,为越江监测提供技术支撑。以杭州轨道交通L6之振区间(之江海洋公园站—振浦路站)为工程实例,从外业准备、数据采集、数据处理、成果提交等阶段,讨论越江监测技术难、重点,为盾构越江提出针对性监测方案,统计分析监测数据质量与精度,总结出江底地形变化特征及规律,为同类越江工程提供借鉴。 With the rapid development of urban rail transit construction,tunnel construction will inevitably appear under special areas such as rivers,lakes&oceans,which brings challenges to the monitoring of cross-river shield construction.Relying on multi-equipment integration,unmanned survey vessel integrates intelligent control,wireless communication,satellite positioning&navigation,inertial navigation and sonar sounding technologies to provide technical support for crossriver monitoring.Taking Zhizhen section(from Zhijiang Ocean Park Station to Zhenpu Rd.Station)of Hangzhou Rail Transit L6 as an example,it discusses the difficulties&key points of crossriver monitoring technology from field preparation,data acquisition,data processing,achievement submission and other stages;puts forward targeted monitoring scheme for shield crossing;analyzes the quality&accuracy of monitoring data,and summarizes the characteristics&laws of river bottom terrain change;which may provide references for similar projects.
