摘要
以“窄路密网”城市发展模式为背景,分析传统管线综合规划的问题与优化需求,对新形势下管线综合规划的策略进行研究。结合河北雄安新区容东片区的规划建设经验,通过反馈调整各专业内容以提高规划科学性,拓展管线敷设方式以提升管线服务效能,优化管道平面位置以减少路面井盖,创新管道竖向敷设位置以综合利用地下空间等内容,提出管线综合规划介入城市规划全过程进行实时调校的理念,并为“窄路密网”城市的管线综合规划提供经验借鉴。
Based on the urban development mode of narrow road&dense network,it analyzes the problems&optimization requirements of traditional pipeline comprehensive planning,and studies the strategy of pipeline comprehensive planning under the new situation.Combined with the planning&construction experience of Rongdong Area in Xiong'an New District of Hebei Province,through feedback&adjustment of various professional contents to improve planning scientificity,expanding pipeline laying methods to improve pipeline service efficiency,optimizing pipeline plane position to reduce pavement well cover,innovating pipeline vertical laying position to comprehensively utilize underground space,etc.,the concept of real-time adjustment of pipeline integrated planning in the whole process of urban planning is proposed,which can provide experience for the comprehensive pipeline planning of the citieswith narrow road&dense network.
