Correlation between Compressive Strength and Rebound Value of Grouting Materials

水泥基灌浆材料因其优越的性能被广泛用于结构加固等行业。但是,由于水泥基灌浆材料强度前期增长较快,在现场确定强度等级比较困难,所以需要一种现场快速检测其强度的方法。该文通过研究不同品牌水泥基灌浆料试块回弹法测试值和试块抗压强度之间的关系,找到了一种快捷检测强度的方法,实现了用回弹法检测其抗压强度的目标,可为结构加固设计和施工提供参考。

Cement-based grouting materials are widely applied in industries such as structural reinforcement due to their superiority.However,because the compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials increases rapidly in the early stage,and it is difficult to determine the strength level on site,there is a need for a method to quickly detect its strength on site.In this paper,by studying the relationship between the rebound test value and the compressive strength of the test block of different brands of cement-based grouting materials,a quick way to detect the strength was identified,which achieved the goal of testing compressive strength with the rebound method,so it can provide an effective reference for the structural reinforcement design and construction.
