低频脉冲电刺激用于诊断性刮宫术镇痛的效果观察

Observation of analgesic effect of low frequency impulse electrical stimulation in diagnostic curettage

目的评价低频脉冲电刺激在诊断性刮宫术镇痛中的应用效果。方法连续收集2017年1月至2019年2月在江门市中心医院妇科门诊进行诊断性刮宫术的患者共1200例。按照随机数表,将患者分为对照组和低频组,比较两组患者的手术镇痛情况、术中宫颈松弛情况以及术后人工流产综合征程度。结果对照组镇痛总有效率为69.17%,显著低于低频组89.50%(P<0.05)。低频组患者宫颈松弛程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),而人工流产综合征程度显著轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低频脉冲电刺激能够有效降低诊断性刮宫术的疼痛程度,改善宫颈条件,降低人工流产综合征发生率,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of low frequency impulse electrical stimulation in diagnostic curettage.Methods A total of 1200 patients who underwent diagnostic curettage in the gynecological clinic of Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were continuously collected.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into control group and low-frequency group,and the surgical analgesia situation,intraoperative cervical relaxation,and postoperative induced abortion syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the control group was 69.17%,which was significantly lower than 89.50%in the low-frequency group(P<0.05).The degree of cervical relaxation in the lowfrequency group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of induced abortion syndrome was significantly lighter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low frequency pulse electrical stimulation can effectively reduce the pain of diagnostic curettage,improve cervical conditions,and reduce the degree of induced abortion syndrome,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
