The Generation Mechanism and Boundary Governance of Ideological Risk in the New Era

文章认为,在新时代空间、时间、结构、状态多维视角下,意识形态风险呈现内源性与外源性交织、历史性与现时性叠加、结构性与功能性并发、隐匿性与显现性升级的多维表征。以边界视角推进意识形态风险治理,要在“有界”与“无界”中引领社会思想、重塑政治信仰、把握文化方向、站稳价值立场,守好意识形态思想之边、政治之边、文化之边、价值之边。

The article argues that in the new era,ideological risks present a multidimensional representation of endogenous and exogenous intertwining,history and current overlapping,structural and functional concurrency,and stealthiness and visibility escalation under the multidimensional perspective of space,time,structure and state.To promote the management of ideological risks from the perspective of boundaries,it is necessary to lead social thoughts,reshape political beliefs,grasp cultural directions and stand firm on value positions in the"bounded"and"unbounded"areas,so as to guard the edges of ideology,politics,culture and values.
