摘要
叶轮作为制冷离心压缩机关键核心零件,传统制造工艺为铸造或者焊接。常见焊接工艺:机加工、钎焊。将叶轮分为轮毂与轮盖两部分,叶片在轮毂上由五轴铣削而成,然后采用焊接技术与轮盖焊接成型。焊接完成后做着色探伤、动平衡、超转速、二次着色、三坐标复检等一系列检测试验,全流程共计13道工序,工序复杂,周期长。其中,焊接工艺对焊工个人技术要求高,耗时长,容易产生质量问题造成叶轮报废,成本高昂。为提高离心压缩机叶轮制造效率与质量水平,特开发闭式叶轮整体加工技术:一次加工成型,取消焊接。该项目能有效缩短制造周期,提升产品可靠性与竞争力,提高客户满意度。
As the key part of refrigeration centrifugal compressor,the traditional manufacturing process is casting or welding.Our original manufacturing process is:Machining and welding.After welding,a series of inspection tests,such as dye flaw detection,dynamic balance,over speed,secondary coloring and three-dimensional re inspection,are carried out.There are 13 processes in the whole process,which are complex and have a long cycle.Among them,the welding process has high technical requirements for employees and takes a long time,which is easy to cause quality problems,resulting in impeller scrapping and high cost.In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency and quality level of centrifugal compressor impeller,the whole processing technology of closed impeller was developed:onetime processing molding,canceling welding.Effectively shorten the manufacturing cycle,improve product reliability and competitiveness,improve customer satisfaction.
