Research on Ganzhou Building Inland Two-way Opening-up Highland

近年来赣州着力推进双向开放取得显著成绩,打造内陆双向开放高地的优势条件明显,但是在体制机制、平台建设、交通物流、产业集聚、通关便利化、财政保障和人才支撑方面依然存在诸多制约因素。要破解赣州经济社会发展桎梏,必须全面提升开放水平,从强化平台顶层设计、抢抓政策窗口机遇、打通出境出省通道“梗阻”、推进商贸服务型国家物流枢纽城市建设、深化放管服改革及强化要素支持等多方面综合发力,全力打造在国内有影响力的内陆双向开放高地,推进革命老区高质量发展。

In recent years,Ganzhou has made remarkable achievements in promoting the two-way opening-up,and has obvious advantages in building an inland two-way opening highland.However,there are still many constraints in the system and mechanism,platform construction,transportation and logistics,industrial agglomeration,customs clearance facilitation,financial security and talent support.To break the shackles of economic and social development in Ganzhou,we must comprehensively enhance the level of opening up,strengthen the comprehensive efforts to strengthen the top-level design of the platform,seize the opportunities at the policy window,get through the"obstruction"of the passage to go abroad and go out of the province,promote the construction of the trade service-oriented logistics hub city of country,deepen the reform of"streamlining administration and delegating powers,combining decentralization with management,and optimizing services"and strengthen the support of the elements,so as to create an influential and open two-way domestic open space in China,to promote the high-quality development of old revolutionary base areas.
