摘要
通过3次检修过程分析离心式压缩机组低压缸驱动侧振动值高的原因,分析认为是机组干气密封安装不合适或干气密封本身存在质量问题,提出具体的解决对策及防范措施。
The reason of high vibration value on driving side of low pressure cylinder in centrifugal compressor found during maintenance for three times was analyzed.The analysis showed that the reason of the failure came from improper installation of dry gas seal,or the poor quality of dry gas itself.The concrete solution and the prevention measures were presented.
