THE ANALYSIS ON WHY QUICK SHUTDOWN OIL COULD NOT BE BUILT UP IN CO2 COMPRESSOR

针对二氧化碳压缩机速关油无法建立的设备故障,利用检测数据等资料,对速关组件各模块部位逐步排查,结合速关组件说明书和控制原理图,综合分析、判断,确定出现故障的速关组件模块单元,并通过检修验证故障判断的准确性;分析可能导致设备故障的各种原因,并做相应的处理,消除设备故障隐患,保证速关组件整体的稳定运行。

The failure of not building up quick shutdown oil in CO2 compressor occurred.We used the detected data to search each element of the quick shutdown assembly,at the same time read the instruction and control diagram.By comprehensive analysis and judgement,the failed element was found,and verified during maintenance.All factors which might bring failure to the equipment were studied,and corresponding measures were taken to eliminate the hidden troubles to keep the quick shutdown assembly in stable operation.
