一段转化炉对流段管板断裂研究处理

摘要 一段转化炉对流段热端过热蒸汽模块中间支撑管板断裂,换热盘管变形,整个模块有下塌趋势,通过加固中间支撑管板,尽量维持设备运行,等待设备更换避免装置长期停运,为新模块制造提供充足的准备时间。 In the convection section of the reforming furnace,the intermediate support tube plate of the hot-end superheated steam module was broken,the heat exchange coil was deformed,and the whole module had a tendency to collapse.By strengthening the intermediate support tube plate,the equipment operation was maintained as much as possible,and the device was prevented from being shut down for a long time,which provided sufficient preparation time for new module manufacturing.
