摘要
实验室探索冷却水中氨含量与各种微生物菌群的关系,研究次氯酸钠、氯锭和生物分散剂在不同氨含量的冷却水中的杀菌效果,并根据研究成果调整了氮肥厂冷却水系统的杀菌处理方式,不仅有效控制了系统中的微生物繁殖,而且降低了杀菌剂的消耗,显著降低了系统的处理成本。
The laboratory experiment explored the relationship between the ammonia content in cooling water and various microbial communities,studied the germicidal effect of sodium hypochlorite,chlorine ingot and biological dispersant in cooling water with different ammonia content,and adjusted the germicidal treatment of cooling water system in nitrogen fertilizer plant under the guidance of the research results,which not only effectively controlled the microorganism in the system,but also reduced the consumption of bactericide,significantly reduced the system′s cost per ton of water treatment.
