摘要 miRNA是长度约22 nt、具有高度保守性的非编码单链小RNA,通过与靶基因mRNA互补作用,参与基因的表达调控及多种生理生化过程。文章综述了miRNA与家禽主要疾病的致病机制研究概况,以期为进一步深入研究miRNA在防治家禽疾病中的作用提供参考。
