摘要
目的设计一种微光夜视成像系统,用于飞行人员夜间视觉体验训练。方法采用LED光源调光技术、视频信号处理技术、DLP投影显示技术及光学系统设计技术,设计了一种由7个子系统组成的微光夜视成像系统,采用ZEMAX光学设计软件对成像质量进行了仿真分析。结果DMD处光源辐射照明的均匀性为86.6%,投射主镜光学系统场曲<0.02 mm,畸变控制在0.1%,在全视场空间频率50 lp/mm处的传递函数模值>0.5,具有较好的成像质量。结论提出的微光夜视成像系统设计方案能确保良好的成像质量,能够用于微光夜视成像系统开发,有望为飞行人员夜间视觉体验训练提供可靠的装备平台。
Objective To design a night vision imaging system for pilot night vision training.Methods Using technologies of light source dimming,video signal processing,DLP projection and optical design,a night vision imaging system composed of seven subsystems was designed.The image quality of the system was simulated and analyzed with optical design software Zemax.Results The uniformity of radiation illumination of DMD was 86.6%while field curvature and distortion of the optical system were less than 0.02 mm and about 0.1%respectively.The optical system took advantage of high quality image with MTF>0.5 at a spatial frequency of 50 lp/mm in the full field of view.Conclusion The proposed design of a night vision imaging system ensures good imaging quality and could be used for developing a prototype.It is expected to provide reliable equipment for pilot night vision training.
