215例歼击机飞行员自行车功率递增运动时间观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过自行车定量功率递增运动的方法对歼击机飞行员体能状态进行评估。方法选择215名自愿受试歼击机男性飞行员使用运动心肺功能测试系统进行测试。以速度60 rpm,功率递增25 W/min进行踏车运动,记录其运动时间及心肺运动等指标,并按照运动时间长短将数据依次分为A、B、C、D、E 5组。结果运动时间在飞行员样本中体现正态分布;年龄越大则运动时间和运动功率越小,且随着运动时间的增加,运动功率相应增加;样本中A组年龄最大,和整体平均数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在运动时间及功率指标上与整体比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A、B、E组RER数值较高,而C、D组较低,且A组与整体均数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究发现歼击机飞行员年龄越轻体能越好,所选择的功率递增运动方案真实反映了飞行员运动能力水平,是切实可行的。 Objective To evaluate the physical fitness of fighter pilots by means of bicycle quantitativepower incremental exercise.Methods A total of 215 male fighter pilots were selected to be tested with the exercise cardiopulmonary function test system.Treadmill exercise was carried out at a speed of 60 rpm and a power increase of 25 W/min.Such indexes as the duration of exercise and cardiopulmonary exercise were recorded.According to the duration of exercise,the data was divided into five groups:A,B,C,D and E.Results The results showed that the duration of exercise of pilots was within the normal range of distribution.The older the age,the shorter the duration of exercise and the less the power.The exercise power increased with the duration of exercise Subjects in group A were the oldest,so there was difference compared with the average age of all the subjects(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in duration of exercise and power indexes between group A and the other groups(P<0.01).The values of RER in group B and E were higher than in group C and D,and there was difference between group A and the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is found that the younger the fighter pilots are,the better their physical fitness is.The power incremental exercise program selected can truly reflect the pilots'ability of exercise,which is feasible.
