冠状动脉CT血管成像技术在心肌桥诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 冠状动脉心肌桥是覆盖在心外膜下冠状动脉表面的一段心肌纤维,可以出现在任何心外膜动脉上,但多累及左前降支动脉。心肌桥起初被定性为良性解剖变异,近年来随着冠脉成像技术的发展和临床研究的深入,与之相关的心律失常、心绞痛、心肌梗死甚至心源性猝死的报道越来越多。因此,如何高效、精准地甄别及评估心肌桥具有重要的临床意义。冠状动脉CT血管成像技术作为一种无创检查手段,结合计算流体动力学技术可全面评估获取心肌桥解剖学和功能学信息,为临床诊疗策略的选择提供临床支持。现就冠状动脉CT血管技术在心肌桥中的应用进行综述。 A coronary myocardial bridge is the term for the muscle overlying the intramyocardial segment of the epicardial coronary artery.It can be found in any epicardial artery,but mostly involves the left anterior descending artery.A myocardial bridge(MB)was initially believed to be a benign anatomical variation.In recent years,however,with the development of coronary imaging technology and clinical research,there have been increasing reports on cardiac arrhythmias,angina pectoris,myocardial infarction and even rare sudden cardiac death associated with an MB.Therefore,how to detect and evaluate an MB efficiently and accurately is of great significance in clinical practice.As a non-invasive examination method,coronary CT angiography technology,when combined with computational fluid dynamics technology,is capable of comprehensive evaluation and obtaining information on the anatomy and function of the MB,thus facilitating the selection of clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies.This article reviews the application of coronary CT angiography technology related to a myocardial bridge.
