This article introduced the design and operation of domestic mechanical compression heat pump(MVR)in the evaporation process of drug substance sodium chloride.The current situation of production technology,the problems of multi effect vacuum evaporation,the technical status and advantages of mechanical compression heat pump(MVR),the process equipment configuration,equipment scheme and operation of domestic mechanical compression heat pump(MVR)are analyzed and introduced.
