摘要
海盐资源开发是我国中长期科技发展战略的优先发展领域,也是天津市经济发展的战略重点。在当前盐场面积大幅缩减的背景下,急需相关技术保证海盐生产。盐田微生物广泛存在于盐田中,文章综合分析盐田微生物对盐产和盐质的影响,期望对未来的海盐生产提供理论基础和海盐生产企业提供技术支持。
The development of sea salt resource is a priority development area for China’s medium and long-term science and technology development strategy,and it is also the strategic focus of Tianjin’s economic development.Recently,with the sharp decline of salt field,it is important to utilizing new technology to ensure sea salt production.Halophiles are universal in salt fields.In this article,the effects of halophilic microbe on salt yield and salt quality were comprehensively analyzed,hoping to provide theoretical basis and technical support for future sea salt production enterprises.
