连云港开山岛海水淡化工程设计 被引量:1

摘要 预计今后人口将显著增长,对已经稀缺的自然水资源需求的压力不断增加,为满足开山岛居民生活用水需求,根据海岛特点,在岛上新建海水淡化厂,海水作为水源直接供应饮用水供居民使用。通过工程实践表明,针对黄海某些海域海水高悬浮、高浊度的特点,采用Lamella上向流沉淀技术为预处理,水力负荷为2 m^(3)/m^( 2)·h。停留时间20 min出水浊度<2 NTU,达到海水淡化预处理的要求;同时采用了在线不停机清洗技术,避免了使用化学药剂进行化学清洗,化学品的排放对环境的污染。产水经矿化后可达到碱度80 mg/L((以CaCO_(3)计)、钙硬度70 mg/L((以CaCO_(3)计)、Langelier saturation index:0≤LSI≤1.2,满足饮用水要求。 Significant growth of the human population is expected in the future,the pressure on the already scarce natural water resources is continuously increasing.In order to meet the domestic water demand of the residents on Kaishan Island,a new desalination plant was built on the island according to the characteristics of the island,and the seawater was used as the source of water to supply fresh water directly.The project results showed that the lamella sedimentation technology is used as pretreatment,the hydraulic loading is 2 m ^(3)/m ^(2)·h.The detention time is 20 mins the turbidity of effluent is 2 NTU,which meets the requirement of seawater desalination pretreatment.Meanwhile the on-line non-stop cleaning technology is adopted to avoid the environmental pollution caused by the chemical solution drainage.Water quality can reach alkalinity 80 mg/L(as CaCO _(3)),calcium hardness 70 mg/L(as CaCO _(3)),Langelier saturation index:0≤LSI≤1.2 after mineralization,meet drinking water requirements.
