摘要
本研究测定了海南省11个市县设施农业土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂(PAEs)的污染状况及健康风险。结果表明:在检测的11个市县设施农业土壤中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的平均总浓度为46.0~614.0μg/kg干土,最高的市县为海口,最低的为琼海。按照PAEs种类来说,邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DnBP)为主要检出类型,平均浓度分别达到25.4~423.9μg/kg干土、8.8~75.2μg/kg干土和2.6~99.1μg/kg干土,其中DEHP的占比最高,达41.9%~73.8%,其次为DIBP达12.2%~37.7%,另外,代谢物邻苯二甲酸单丁酯(MBP)和邻苯二甲酸乙基己酯(MEHP)的平均含量分别为4.1~10.9μg/kg干土和12.8~24.4μg/kg干土。经与国内其他地区比较,海南省11个市县设施农业土壤PAEs污染状况整体水平较低。多途径暴露风险评估结果表明,在检测的11个市县设施农业土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂污染对成年人和儿童的致癌风险和非致癌风险皆较低。
This study determined the contamination status and health risk of phthalate esters(PAEs)in the facility agricultural soils of 11 cities of Hainan.Results showed the average sum concentrations of 16 PAEs(Σ16PAE)was 46.0-614.0μg/kg dry weight(dw)while Haikou had the highest concentration and Qionghai had the lowest concentration.Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP)and di-n-butyl phthalate(DnBP)were the dominant congeners with an average concentration of 25.4-423.9μg/kg dw,8.8-75.2μg/kg dw and 2.6-99.1μg/kg dw.DEHP had the highest percentage ofΣ16PAE for 41.9%-73.8% and the next was DIBP for 12.2%-37.7%.The average concentration of metabolites,mono-n-butyl phthalate(MBP)and mono(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(MEHP),was 4.1-10.9μg/kg dw and 12.8-24.4μg/kg dw.After compared with other regions,the contamination status of PAEs in the facility agricultural soils of the 11 cities in Hainan was low.The results of multiple routes exposure risk assessment showed the carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risk of the PAEs pollutions in the facility agricultural soils of 11 cities in Hainan was low to the adults and children.
