区域能源站用户侧板式换热器系统的性能仿真研究

摘要 本文首先建立了区域能源站用户侧板式换热器系统的模型,对变频泵、调节阀、板式换热器、末端、控制器等设备进行调试。基于该模型通过DeST软件建立了区域能源站建筑末端负荷模型,并用C#语言进行编程将该物理模型转化成数学模型对用户侧板式换热器系统性能进行仿真,模拟了板换间运行参数的动态变化过程,讨论了不同调节阀PID参数对板换二次侧出水温度、调节阀开度、水泵流量、水泵频率的综合影响。最终结果表明,P增大使系统反应更灵敏,但P过大会使系统出现超调,P设为0.01较为合适;I用于消除系统稳态误差;但I过大会使系统出现超调;I取0.05较为合理;适当的D作用可使超调量减小。若PI控制不理想,可考虑增加D;增加D后反而出现震荡,因此D取0较为合理。 This paper first establishes a model of the plate heat exchanger system on the user side of the regional energy station, and debugs the inverter pump, regulating valve, plate heat exchanger, terminal, controller and other equipment. Based on the model, the end load model of the regional energy station building was established through DeST software, and the physical model was converted into a mathematical model using C# programming to simulate the performance of the user-side plate heat exchanger system, and the dynamics of the operating parameters of the board exchange In the process of change, the comprehensive influence of different regulating valve PID parameters on the secondary side outlet water temperature, regulating valve opening, pump flow rate and pump frequency is discussed. The final result shows that the increase of P makes the system response more sensitive, but if P is too large, the system will overshoot and P is set to 0.01. I is used to eliminate the system steady-state error;but if I is over, the system will overshoot;I takes 0.05 is more reasonable;proper D effect can reduce overshoot. If the PI control is not ideal, consider increasing D;after increasing D, there will be shock, so D is 0 is more reasonable.
