摘要
航空发动机作为航空机械部件中的关键部分,必须具备较高的安全性与可靠性。本文以监控数据智能学习技术为出发点,提出采用多种方法对发动机进行综合性能判断与衰退预测,应用发现,发动机的复杂工况和性能下降过程对性能评估和衰退预测模型提出更高要求,模型的正确性直接影响维护成效的有效性和经济性。
As a key of aero-mechanical components,aero-engines must maintain high safety and reliability.Research on aero-engine performance evaluation and decay prediction can effectively improve the operational quality of aero-engines and provide decision support for operation and maintenance.Based on this,the article mainly takes the monitoring data as the starting point,and adopts a variety of methods to evaluate the engine’s comprehensive performance and prediction of the decay.The study found that the complex operating conditions and performance degradation processes of engines imposed higher requirements for performance evaluation and decay prediction models.The accuracy of the model directly affects the effectiveness and economics of maintenance.
