摘要
航空座椅轻量化的趋势越来越明显,座椅的舒适性需求也越来越突出,但是航空座椅舒适性验证周期漫长,不能有效地解决舒适性需求。本文依据相关的航空座椅设计适航规章制度,采用解析几何的方法,将航空座椅中心曲线与人体背部脊椎曲线统合在同一个坐标体系中,建立了人体各部位尺寸与座椅中心背部曲线的关系,为航空座椅中心曲线的舒适性设计提供了量化依据。
Lightweight aviation seat is becoming a more and more prominent trend,and the demand for comfort of the seat is raising constantly,but to verify the comfortness of the aviation seat takes a long time,which can not effectively met the comfort demand.According to the relevant rules and regulations of aviation seat design,the method of analytic geometry is adopted to integrate the center curve of the aviation seat and the back spine curve of the human body,and the relationships between the dimensions of various parts of the human body and the curves of the seat center are established,which offer the quantitative basis for the comfort design of the center curve of aviation seat.
