Research on the Design of PPP Project Financial Evaluation System

PPP项目作为政府和民间共同管理的项目,当前正处于大范围推广阶段。PPP项目工程复杂,具体实施中会出现诸多管理缺陷,财务评价不准确就是突出问题之一。为了提高该类项目财务评价的快捷性和有效性,本文对PPP项目财务评价系统进行了创新设计。

PPP project are jointly managed by the government and the private sector and are currently in the stage of a large-scale promotion.A major management problem is that the financial evaluation of PPP projects is not yet in place.Based on the analysis of the PPP project’s financial evaluation system and the structural requirements of the system,this paper discusses the specific design methods of the PPP project financial evaluation system,so that this evaluation system can be effectively applied to promote development and utilization of financial information.
