Legal Regulation of Freedom of Speech on the Internet

网络言论自由作为言论自由的一种,在如今社会运作过程中对其加以规制显得愈发重要。本文从网络言论的法理分析入手,阐述了网络言论自由的概念,分析了当前我国对网络言论的法律规制中存在的问题,并参考相关网络言论的法律规制,对我国网络言论的法律规制提出几点具体建议。

As a kind of freedom of speech,it’s becoming increasingly significant to regulate the freedom of speech on the internet in the process of social operations at present.This article starts with the legal theory analysis of the freedom of speech on the internet,expounds the concept of freedom of speech on the internet,analyzes the problems existing in the current legal regulation of speech on the internet in China,and by referring to the legal rules and regulations,some specific suggestions on the legal regulation of speech on the internet are put forward.
