摘要
海盗船是一种常见的游艺机,乘客乘坐海盗船,可以体验船体左右摆动带来的兴奋和刺激,由于海盗船在户外长时间高速摆动,其复杂的外部环境和工作载荷,对海盗船的安全产生一定的影响,为了保障海盗船在运动中的平稳性和安全性,本文利用机械动力学分析软件ADAMS对海盗船进行了仿真分析,通过海盗船的结构分析,对结果影响较小的构件进行简化,在solid works中绘制三维模型,然后导入到ADAMS中,对模型添加载荷和约束等,对海盗船进行刚体动力学分析,获得船体的速度、角速度和角加速度值随时间变化曲线。通过理论公式计算,得到相应的计算结果与仿真数值进行比较,结果表明,在一定误差范围内理论计算值与仿真分析的结果相吻合,为保障海盗船设计和安全性提供了理论指导。
Pirate ship is a common amusement machine,because of the high-speed swings of the pirate ship outdoors,and due to the complicated external environment and high working load,the safety of the pirate ship has been greatly weakened,in order to ensure the movement stability and security of pirate ships,this paper,by using the dynamics analytical software ADAMS of mechanical simulation analysis to the pirate ship.Through analyzing the structure of the pirate ship,the components with less influence on the results are simplified,the 3d model is drawn in the solid works,then imported into the ADAMS,the load and constraints are added to the model,and the rigid body dynamics of the pirate ship is analyzed.the velocity,angular velocity and angular acceleration values of the hull vary with time.Through the calculation of theoretical formula,the corresponding calculation results are compared with the simulation values.The results show that the theoretical calculation values are consistent with the simulation results within a certain error range,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of pirate ships.
