Development Status and Policy Recommendations on Agricultural UAV

经过十几年的快速发展,农用无人机已在农业生产中发挥了重大作用。为促进我国农用无人机产业高速健康发展,研究农用无人机发展应用现状,针对农用无人机存在的监管部门职能不清、自身技术存在缺陷、标准规范不健全、社会化服务体系不健全和传统农业仍是主力军等问题,提出了加强政策扶持、完善行业标准、强化技术培训和构建社会化服务体系等完善农用无人机发展应用机制的建议,以期为政府机构和行业从业人员提供参考。

After more than ten years of rapid development, agricultural UAV has already been playing a vital role in agricultural production. In order to promote high-speed and healthy development of agricultural UAV industry in China, some suggestions were put forward to improve development and application mechanism of agricultural UAV, such as strengthening policy support,improving industry standards, strengthening technical training, and building a social service system based on current development and application status and existing problems in agricultural UAV industry, such as unclear functions of regulatory authorities, technical defects, imperfect standards and norms, imperfect social service system and dominance of traditional agriculture.Study results could serve a reference for governmental agencies and industrial practitioners.
