马铃薯动态分级系统中多目相机同步采集方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对马铃薯动态分级系统中的图像同步采集问题,提出了基于千兆以太网的三目相机同步采集方法。采用3台相机分别从待测马铃薯3个方向进行同步采集,利用LM358设计一级同相电压放大电路将STM32产生的PWM信号放大来控制3部相机同步工作,使用C++语言在Visual Studio 2013平台上进行二次设计与开发,实现3台相机同步采集和图像同步存储功能。经试验验证,3台相机同步帧率可达到12帧∕s,满足马铃薯动态分级系统中对图像采集的要求。 Aiming at the problem of synchronous image acquisition in potato dynamic grading system, a synchronous acquisition method based on Gigabit Ethernet was proposed. Three cameras were used for synchronous acquisition from three directions of potato to be tested. LM358 was used to design a primary in-phase voltage amplifier circuit to amplify the PWM signal generated by STM32 to control synchronous operation of three cameras. Secondary design and development were carried out on Visual Studio 2013 with C + + to realize functions of synchronous acquisition and image storage of three cameras. Experimental results showed that synchronous frame rate of three cameras reached 12 frames∕s, which could meet requirements of image acquisition in potato dynamic grading system.
