基于Solidworks的钢辊式牧草调制器优化设计与性能试验

摘要 为了加快牧草田间干燥速度,设计了一种钢辊式牧草调制器,应用Solidworks软件对其进行三维建模,对调制钢辊进行受力分析和参数设定,并应用Simulation模块对调制钢辊进行静力学仿真分析,经优化设计,调制钢辊材料选用45优质碳素结构钢且辐条厚度8 mm时所受应力应变较小,安全系数较高。田间试验结果表明,采用一对互相啮合调制钢辊结构组合,苜蓿压扁率达94%,符合调制器对牧草收获该性能指标要求,提高了设计效率和准确性。 In order to speed up drying speed of forage in the field, a steel roller forage modulator was designed. Solidworks was used to model it, force analysis and parameter setting of steel roller were carried out, and simulation module was used to simulate steel roller, optimized design was carried out. Result showed that when modulated steel roller was made of 45 quality carbon structural steel and spoke thickness was 8 mm, it would be subjected to less stress and strain, and safety factor was higher. Results of field experiments showed that flattening rate was up to 94% when a pair of steel rollers were meshed with each other, which met requirements of modulator on performance index of forage harvest and improved design efficiency and accuracy.
