农业水利工程专业人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Personnel Training Mode for Agricultural Hydraulic Engineering Professionals

结合当前高校工科人才培养的新要求、新标准,从加强课程思政教育与实践教育两个方面对安徽农业大学农业水利工程人才培养方案进行了修订。新修方案贯彻教书与育人理念,融合课程思政,且突出强化学生动手能力的培养。通过对人才培养方案6个方面的具体修订,探索教学科研型本科院校农业水利工程专业应用型、创新型人才培养的新方法、新模式,为农业工程类人才培养方式方法提供参考。

Combining with new requirements and standards of engineering personnel training in colleges and universities, personnel training scheme of agricultural hydraulic engineering was revised in Anhui Agricultural University from two aspects, that was strengthening ideological and political education, and practical education. The new program implemented concept of teaching and education, integrated ideological and political courses, and highlighted cultivation of students′ practical ability.Through specific revision of six aspects of personnel training program, the new methods and modes of applied and innovative personnel training of agricultural hydraulic engineering specialty in teaching and research-oriented universities were explored. It could provide a reference for personnel training methods of agricultural engineering.
