蛋鸡饲料中常见霉菌毒素的致病机理、临床症状及防治措施 被引量:4

摘要 自然界中霉菌种类繁多、分布广泛,其中大约有200种是污染、破坏谷物和饲料的常见霉菌[1]。霉菌毒素是霉菌产生的有毒次级代谢产物,目前发现霉菌毒素中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、呕吐毒素(DON)、赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)对鸡群的毒害作用较大。高温高湿季节最容易出现鸡群霉菌毒素中毒现象,表现明显的临床症状,在其他季节往往为隐性中毒,症状不明显,严重危害着鸡群健康。
