磷化工废渣磷石膏的特性及其资源化利用

Characteristics and resource utilization of phosphogypsum from phosphorus chemical waste

系统梳理了近年来我国磷石膏产排现状、资源化利用现状、矿物学特性、资源化利用途径,针对磷石膏资源化利用中在预处理技术、产地区域发展、标准体系、大宗消纳技术等方面存在的问题,提出磷石膏的资源化利用应从政策扶持、环保税管理、品质提升、多固废协同治理等方面着手。

In this paper,the production and discharge status,resource utilization status,mineralogical characteristics,resource utilization ways,in recent years are systematically reviewed.There are some problems in the resource utilization of phosphogypsum,such as pretreatment technology,regional development of producing area,standard system,bulk absorption technology and so on.It is pointed out that the resource utilization of phosphogypsum should be carried out from the aspects of policy support,environmental tax management,quality improvement,cooperative treatment of multi-solid waste and so on.
