摘要
采用盾构机进行隧道施工在城市轨道交通建设中较为常见,盾构始发是盾构隧道施工的重点环节之一,端头加固情况及盾构始发控制是盾构始发的两个主要控制因素。以天津地铁6号线新开河站-外院附中站区间盾构始发为背景,针对该工程项目所进行的盾构始发技术,详细总结分析了盾构机始发的各项技术参数控制,能为类似盾构机始发施工提供借鉴。
It is common to use shield machine to carry out tunnel construction in urban rail transit construction.Shield tunneling is one of the key links of shield tunneling construction,and the reinforcement of end and the control of shield tunneling are the two main control factors.Based on the background of shield tunneling between Xinkaihe station and the attached middle station of Tianjin Metro Line 6,this paper summarizes and analyzes in detail the technical parameter control of shield tunneling machine,which can provide reference for similar shield tunneling machine.
