摘要
按照市政污泥的性质及处置要求,对污泥处置的现状进行了分析,提出污泥高温好氧密闭仓发酵技术的处置方案。通过对污泥深度预调理改性与深度接种,使堆体中水分最快蒸发、提升发酵速度,可以降解微生物和降低污泥含水率,避免产生臭气物质,有效的克服了污泥处理处置过程中费用过高的问题。
According to the nature and disposal requirements of municipal sludge,the current status of sludge disposal is analyzed,and the disposal plan of sludge high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology is proposed.Through the deep pre-conditioning modification and deep inoculation of the sludge,the moisture in the heap can evaporate the fastest,the fermentation speed can be increased,the microorganisms can be degraded,the moisture content of the sludge can be reduced,the generation of odorous substances,and the sludge can be effectively overcome.Deal with the problem of excessive costs in the disposal process.
