一种评定数字正射影像图平面精度的新方法

A new method to evaluate the precision of the digital orthophoto map

对于数字正射影像图平面精度的评定,多采用图上像点坐标与同名点参考坐标的较差来计算点位中误差。提出了用距离和面积的较差计算点位中误差的新方法,根据误差传播率,推导了相应的计算公式,并用实例进行了验证,结果表明:提出的方法具有一定的可行性。

The way of appraising the DOM plane precision,use the difference of a point coordinate of the DOM and the reference coordinate to calculate the mean error.This passage a new way of calculate the mean error by the distance and the area,according to the error propagation rate,derivationed the computational formula,and tested and verified with an example,the result shows the way in this paper is feasible.
